My order was placed May 24/2014 without any problem and I was going camping 4 of july weekend (Cook-out weekend - ofcourse) .

After I placed the order another windows popsup offering me another set up of this chargers but they will no charge me Processing and Handelling (I though was good deal and I took it).

The total for the 4 chargers was $20 then they also charge me $1 for Web Surcharge??? (This I think they should cover it) plus processing and handelling that it was $13.98 so my Total was $34.98

First TRICK/CATCH,

They don't charge your Credit Card right away, because they know that this will take looooong time to get the order and you can't go behind them.

Second CATCH,

They send you and email that it shows that your order has been "ORDERED" (thats the exact word that they used for that process stage), then after 2 weeks with no signs from them I contacted them to ask for the order than they change the status to "ORDER PLACED", which is the same thing than "ORDERED" basically.

Third CATCH,

when I called, I asked the lady who answer the phone for an update... her answer was...

I am sorry Sir, we are a LITTLE behind but this order is going to take between 2 to 6 WEEKS... I said, wait WHAT? 2 to 6 WEEKS? ( I was mad) then I said WHATEVER this is BS.

I called again 2 weeks after that call, this time was guy... his answer after those 2 weeks that I already wait, was...

I am sorry Sir, we are a LITTLE behind but this order is going to take between 2 to 6 WEEKS... The same freak!ng words... I could not believe it at that momment. but there was nothing that I could it do.

I waited for 2 more weeks (total time a MONTH)...

I call again, this time another guy... SAME S***.
