This company was on my Facebook page.  I ordered a trial bottle of the Garcina Cambogia for #3.96 and after giving my credit card information and unable to cancel, I saw a QUCK paragraph stating that I had joined a membership which was going to cost me $90.00 some dollars, and by that time, I could not cancel the order.  I then went to my e-mail and saw that they had sent me a e-mail that said it was sent to me on January 9, 2014, at 1:02 in the morning.  It had an order time of 8:02 p.m., which is my time as I live in Illinois. Not only did I have a e-mail for this, I also was charged for a trial of something called "True Cleanse, which I never  ordered and have no idea what this entails.

It sounds like it will be another charge, and for how long I do not know.  I plan on calling them tomorrow and canceling this if possible, and I am hoping and praying, this company is not overseas, by the time line of their email.  I went to the site, www.buywellnow.com and it didn't give much informaiton, just wanted you to sent for the trial bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia.  This is a blatant rip-off.  I really wanted to try the product, but at this point, I will never know because I will not accept any order of it, and intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tonight.

Description of Complaint: This is a continuation of yesterday's 1/8/15 complaint. I called the company today, 1/9/15, and told them I didn't appreciate their tactics through Facebook of having people unknowingly signing up for what is supposed to be a trial of one month, then it becomes a membership costing 93.00 plus dollars after a 14 day trial. I was told by a man who said he was Shane that I could not cancel during the trial, and he kept repeating that he wanted me to give the product a chance, and if after 14 days, if I wanted to cancel, then call them back and they would cancel. He claimed to give me more time until the 29th, of January, which I wouldhave had until the 23rd to cancel, but would not sent me an e-mail confirming this. He insisted that I try this product first, along with the one they threw in with it which also is a trial and would cost $93 plus dollars. He kept insisting that I give the product a chance, and I told him that because of the sneaky way they worded the advertising through a Facebook ad, that I didn't want to try the trial, but he kept insisting that I needed to give the product a try, even offering to give me a 25% discount if I decided not to cancel, but still he would not put this in writing, and told me to hang up and call back and I would see that he had done what he said he would about extending the trial and giving me a 25% discount. I was double pissed this time, and told him so. I have a feeling that these people are going to pull something and I will be stuck with two (2) $93 trials to pay for. At that point, they won't care if I continue with the program or not, because they will have that 1st $93.00. I'm going to call my credit card company back and make sure they are not trying to get it ahead of time. I asked him to cancel this order today, but he insisted it had went out in the mail this morning, 1/9/15. There should be something done about these people who trick people into these memberships.

Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation)

Desired Outcome Description: I want them to immediately cancel the trial, because of fraud. He seemed to know that the information about the membership was not forthcoming through the Facebook ad, and said he was a manager. I do not plan on even taking either one of these products. He said I would have to send them back, which sounds strange, since I would have paid for them, buy sending them $3.95 and $4.90 something. The second product they are sending me, I didn't even order, he told me that the two go together
