BWF Parcels and Lowell Dalghety Parcel, parcel...where's my parcel? Wallaceburg Ontario

BWF Parcels started off as a respectable company. Those of us in Canada could order a parcel from the United States and have it shipped to BWF Parcels in Marine City, Michigan and they would bring it across the border for the customer to pick up at their facility in Sombra Ontario and take through customs.

This all changed in early October 2015 when BWF Parcels changed the way they do business. Now they have to bring the parcels through customs instead of the customer.

My parcel arrived at the BWF Parcel facility in Marine City Michigan on October 14, 2015 and the parcel remains there. The parcel was signed for by the owner of the company but he refuses to bring it across the border even though he has been provided with all of the documentation needed.

Many emails had been sent to find out when the parcel would be delivered and the response is always the same..."we plan to have your parcel on the next delivery". This never happens and it is always the same email response.

On one occassion I received an email banning me from all of their properties because they said that I uttered threats and left without paying for my parcel. They immediately sent another email apologizing because the email was intended for a different email address. They then informed me that my parcel would be delivered by that weekend. The delivery date came and went and still no parcel.

At this writing, it has been over two months since BWF signed for my parcel making me think that my parcel would be delivered to their facility in Sombra Ontario for me to pick up.

Currently there are many, many people that have been waiting for parcels. Some of them have been gifts for birthdays (my daughter was one of these) as well as business owners who have money tied up for products that they are not receiving.

This company consistently misleads their customers by making them think that they are finally going to get their parcels but this is never the case. The ownership of this company believe that they are immune from any consequence for their acctions.

Beware of BWF Parcels. Do Not use this company if you ever want to see your parcel.
