Telemarketers called numerous times. We told them to put us on their do not call list. Well they called a few more times and then they quit calling. Well we never thought anymore about it until we got a notice from our bank saying our house payment had bounced. When we went to the bank they told us the amounts that had went through. 119.90, 3.95, and 3.95. Well we asked them to investigate. 2 days later they called and said come to the bank. When we went out there they gave us copies of the checks that were written.

Our address was wrong. The check numbers were not even close to the check numbers we were on. We told the bank we never gave out the account information which we did not give it to them. The bank says call them to get our money back. We called on Saturday and they said my husband was the one who did it. I told them to prove to me that he did. It said when I called that the calls are recorded so let me hear the recording. The woman said her supervisor would call us back. 2 days later we got a call saying they were sending a refund form. Well we have yet to receive it. Then to beat it all this past Tuesday they tried to take another 119.90 out of the account. It have cost us 119.90 3.95 3.95 20.00 20.00 20.00 and 100.00 the 3 20.00 are for the house payment bouncing then the bank paying the house payment and the bank declining to pay the other 119.90 they tried to get. The 100.00 is for the house payment bouncing and the fees associated with that.

How did they get our account information? We would love to find out. We had to close out our checking account pay out the yin yang in fees and we have no hope of getting any of our money back. If you get call from them DO NOT give out your information and check your credit report immediatly. Notify the 3 Credit Buroes IMMEDIATLY of possible Identity theft. We are in contact with a lawyer concerning this. Hopefully it will do some good but I doubt it.

Payment Processing Center not a ripoff. Byers Union, Premier Movie Pass, Call One Communications Still liars and RIPOFFS

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 13, 2005

Well guess what folks. At 2:00 today (Monday) I got the refunds from Payment Processing Center just like they promised. Thanks Payment Processing Center.

However promising it was to get my money back from the processing center I have still not received anything from Premier Movie Pass, Call-one-communications, or Buyers Union. In my opinion the Payment Processing Center is as much a victum in this as I am. Mr. Weisberg was the nicest person. He even sent me a note in with the 2 checks and told me that he forgot the other check so he put in 4.00. Now how considrrate was that. He took money out of his own pocket just to make sure I got the refunds when he said I would get them. I believe that the Payment Processing Center is a reputible company. They seem honest and sincere in their intentions. I do wish they would be a little more cautious as to who they work with to protect their good name but that is up to them. Please disreguard my ripoff report where they are concerned but take heed to the other companies.

On June 9, 2005 I received a phone call from Michael Weisberg With Payment Processing Center. He was very curtious and said he could understand my discouragement. He was very, very nice. First off he told me that he would send a refund request form to me; then asked if I had contacted the other companies.

I told him yes and that they were surposed to send me a refund request form in the mail but i have never gotten it.

After hearing this he said he would just cut me three checks and FedX them to me immediately. He said I will receive them on Monday and if I didn't them he gave me a number to call and they would track the package for me. As of right now I am satisfied with this. He seemed genuinely concerned and regretful that this happened.I will post again on Monday to let you all know if I get my money back. This is all thanks to Ripoffreport.com. Mr. Weisberg told me that he called me becasue he saw this report. Thank You Ripoffreport.com and thank you Mr. Weisberg for calling me.
