After reviewing the background of BYRD, MARCIA VIRGINIA, this information can be found through the Georgia Medical Board about the deplorable services a medical doctor, NOT plastic surgeon provides her patients. This doctor does have a public order recorded against her. [USE THIS AS A WARNING TO SEEK TREATMENT ELSEWHERE]. 

I was one of the many back in 2006 to have sued the M.D. over misled promises and fraudulent business practices.  I found out information after the fact, but wanted to warn others so they don’t make the same mistakes I have.  This woman “promised” that after a face procedure that I would look a certain way, but this did not happen.

I went back to her after the swelling reduced and she made more promises about what she could do to correct the first treatment, but she had her office call afterwards and told me she wasn’t going to do anything and that I would have to pay more.

Mind you, she didn’t fulfill her original promise the first time, which was the only reason I was returning to begin with. She is money hungry and will only mess up your looks, not correct them. I wish I had done my research from the beginning, but I was not one of the lucky ones.  Save your money and go to a reputable Surgeon who is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, not some wannabe medical doctor who will leave you with a hole in your pocket and more empty promises than anyone should be allowed to count.

This woman uses fraud, inducement, and conversion to convince you she will work wonders.  Review your contract carefully because there is no stipulation of a refund and she demands payment of additional fees before any corrective surgery can be performed, even if she was the one who made additional surgery necessary, because she clearly does not know what she is doing.  She constantly fraudulently misrepresents what she can do as a medical practitioner.
