I believe I paid a debt to them in March 2010, or so they claim. They claim it was for $60.00 in 2010. Today, October 20th 2011 they debited my bank account for $15.00. I know the amount is nothing. Its that they must have had my Credit card on file, and they debited without authorization.
So out of the blue, they now claim the total debt was $75.00. A year and a half later they did an unauthorized debit.
First I spoke with Bruce Conway and he was polite and nice. He had a rude guy named, David call me. David said he figured I would want it taken care of so he debited my account unlawfully. He also hung up on me.
They also have at least one of my ex-boyfriends debts in with mine. It's possible this was one of his also. I have previousley paid them for him.
I just want people to be aware that if you pay this company with a debit/credit card or bank account that 1 to 2yrs later they may just debit your account for something without permission.
I've reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General. Their using illegal collection practices!!!
