Byron Best from Georgia was referred through a Texas connection as a wealthy investor who could back major entertainment project. Mr Best said he was interested to finance the entire budget, but that he required a fee for his travel to come and meet. The fee was much more than air fare and travel should have warrented, but he was a good talker. After meeting, and after having signed a contract, he threw the contract out saying he wanted ownership of the intellectual property and that he was in fact not the investor but new other who were. After re-negotiating the deal, he never came through, no investors, just a waste of time, including a major cash outlay for an entertainment lawer. Stay away from this man!
