Jani-king is a rippoff, In the office one person tell you one thing and somebody else tell you another, They keep getting new staff that don't know what they are doing and which is messing the franchisee's up with their building when they are giving the people at the building wrong information and wrong prices, the percentage of there fees are to high, you really working for Jani-king not for yourself and when you find your own buildings or extra work they should not charge you a fee because you found the work or take a percentage of your money. I also don't agree with the fact that if you want to change your name or go from Inc. to LLC. you should not have to go under new rules or new fees being that you are existing franchisee's. Another thing I don't like is that with the percentage that they take out, the more money that you make the more money that they get, so for example insurance should stop at a certain amount anytime you paying more then what the insurance company will charge you that is sad. It is so much more to say
