1. My clothes were not completed on time. 1 Week was the original promise. That is the longest timeframe for cleaning clothes I've ever heard. Being from out of town I'm not familiar with any other cleaners, so I decided to go ahead with this place anyway.
2. Several individuals gave different reasons why my cleaning wasnt done...machine broke, roof leaked, trouble traveling to pick up clothes. I found this to be very dishonest.
3. I asked for my clothes to be boxed. They came back not boxed, and I was told "in this particular situation they couldnt be boxed."
4. I had to argue with the owner to drive to Columbus and pick up my clothes before I left town. Otherwise, I'm not sure when they would have been picked up.
5. When I asked the owner if he expected me to pay full price, on obligations that weren't met, his response was "hasn't your car ever broken down?" I explained to him that my shirts werent boxed and my clothes were several days overdue (I wore the same clothes for 2 days straight), and this was not what I paid for.
6. This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I've ever had!
