C & T Trailers No spark, drosted diappointments Bozeman Montana

We dropped our 5th wheel RV off eith a list of items needing repaired or to be worked on for 10 days with these alleged professionals. We told the repairman the frig unit was functioning on the propane option with a freshly filled tank. He said not to worry, theyd keep an eye on it. I was relieved because I did have some meat in the freezer and milk, cheeses etc in the frig part. Three days prior to intended pick up date, one repair guy called about a electrical repair he'd made then said the boss wanted to talk to me. Boss got on the phone and immeditaely began to quizz me about the electrical system in the unit "not working". 

Long story short, THEY had made a mistake and shut off something in the process of making the electrical repair. I was concerned the converter had been damaged and said so. I was assured all was well and to not worry.

My husband picked up the RV and payed the bill then got on down the road after a coursory check of the repairs made. Upon arrival and set up at the site a 4 hour drive away, he discovered ALL the items in the frig and freezer had been allowed to spoil. Nothing was safe to use due to being thawed out for an unknown time then refrozen or cooled again.

I called the Owner a week later to address the situation with him as I felt he should go the amount we had to spend to replace what was lost due to their carelessness. He claimed it wasnt their responsibility ti safe guard ny items and the power was obviously messed up when we dropped it off so the battery wasnt any good. He was rude and essentially told me to take a hike.
