C & Y, LUZERNE CTY TERMINATION OF PARENTS RIGHTS WILKES BARRE, Pennsylvania

This a story that spans 3 years, my daughter  Nicole, boyfriend  Joseph overdosed and died 7/12/2008, She was very depressed, and I had her 302, in August, when she was released she was with child, from the boyfriend or did something happen at the hospital, (have never been able to get a d n a test, her daughter was born 4/26/2009 was taken at birth  by children and youth.  My daughter got pregnant again in Nov, 2009 and had a son, born 5/27/10, and he was taken at birth by children and youth.

Nicole has had numerous court hearing all of which I have been asked to leave.  I am a grandparent she is my only child, but it makes no difference.  I even hired a lawyer to find out about grandparents rights, also applied for kinship care of my grand children, but was denied because my husband is a recovering Alcoholic.  On the first denial we applied, that was in March 2011, still haven't had a ruling, we reapplied, with new doctors letters, but were denied again, still on the alcoholic basis.

The reason that I did not take my granddaughter when she was born was because I had to go for a cateric operion in Philladephia, on my left eye, this was a big deal becasue the year before, the same eye had to have a stunt put into it, for glaucoma (uncontrollable with medication)
As for my grandson, they took him out of the hospital room and had us, me, my husband, and my daughter who had just given birth a month early out of the hospital.

Children and Youth claimed that my daughter was psychotic., but neither their doctor Dr Finn, nor  our doctor, Robert L Tanenbaum Ph D from Philladephia said that there she was, but the judge did.  ( nor has she been on any medication) She has complied all of children and youth programs. But, the court is stating that April has been in foster care to long, and Nicole rights should be terminated, Nicole wants both her children, the reason she began pregnant with her son Dyall, was so April would always have a brother.  She does not want them separated.

My daughter has been to court, with four different lawyers, the last one Gary Michak, has been handling her case since the end of 2010.  Nicole went for termination hearing this Thursday  6/1611, and the judge dispute all the testimony on Nicole behalf by Dr Tanenbaun, and Nick Telincho deemed that her rights were terminated.

This a cruel heartless discussion, she has tried very hard, done all that was requested, but as the first lawyer said, if children and youth tell you to wear purple, you better ask what shade.
Mr Michak, told her that everything look good and that she should have her children back, that is not what happened. 

If there is anything that can be done, please help us, we have paid on my daughter behalf between doctor, lawyer, thousands of dollars,  Not to mention all the things we purchased for the children i.e. toys, clothes, highchair, pack and play, etc, both for our home and for hers' because, you have to ready just in case children and youth make and inspection to see if you are ready for the children.

Mean while, I believe that the foster family, which are my husband 3rd cousin, are using the children to supplement their income, as the husband is out of work.\ and the wife is going to school to be a nurse, right now she is a aid.   I also believe that children and youth have been talking to them about adoption, for a long time, when I went to court with Nicole in the beginning I saw it on the paper the court appointed lawyer had, when I asked he told me not to worry.
