C4 direct solutions was one of the WORST employment experiences i've ever had. They have admitted to me about hiring a bunch of people during summer, just to fire them over winter. In case you are wondering, i didn't get "Fired" i quit, and this is why.

C4 direct solutions made new policies to eliminate the only 2 white girls in the florida staff. They also bounced SO MANY paychecks on us, that we have to go cash them, and we can't even cash them at many locations because they do not accept their checks. The managers even have admitted to cashing their checks. I've personally cashed checks at Wachovia, Their bank.. and THEY wouldn't cash their checks either. Then when you call the company to speak to a manager about a bounced check for 3 or 4 days in a row, all the managers REFUSE to speak to you and just tell other employee's to tell you to "leave a message on the answering machine" and they'll listen to it.. it wasn't until cops had to show up in the front of the building that they decided maybe they should call back

One of the Human Resource people had told me that they only put a certain amount in payroll account (obviously not enough for all their employees) and then they take it all out of there on that Monday (3 days later)... So when you quit, they INSIST to MAIL you a check that doesn't come for 3 days. When you go to cash it... guess what... not there ;) How considerate of them.

It is the MOST frustrating thing in the world to wait more than 2 WHOLE weeks for a paycheck isn't it? I mean for awhile i couldn't eat for 2 or 3 days because i simply didn't have the money and there excuse was "we don't know why you can't check it.. we called the bank and the money is in there" as i'm waiting while my bank account is in the NEGATIVES because they've bounced their previous check on me and are still waiting for them to overnight it.. which by the way they don't "overnight it" over the weekend because... "that's to much money"

They treat their employee's like s**t.. it's the EASIEST job in the world, but the way they treat their employee's make it not worth it. Not to mention getting 3 bounced check in a row is kinda shitty. They make excuses not to give you a "review", i was told they didn't have enough money for raises, and never even got my 3 month review even though i have been working there for over a year.

They also decided to move the pay period back a week with ONE day prior notice to getting our paychecks. Which left a lot of people angry and screwed. They split one paycheck in half so you got like $150 one week and $150 another week, if you normally make $300, and then told us the other paycheck we wouldn't see until May or until we quit..

C4 also has a searchable open issues with the IRS for not paying unemployment taxes. I'm thinking this is why they are playing these immature games with "putting enough money in the payroll account".. it seems like the only LOGICAL reasoning behind that bullshit.

what a nightmare working for them was...

I'm so glad i have a much more professional job where i don't have to worry about how "Quickly" i cash my checks..

As soon as i get all the money left over they owe me, i'm going straight up to the Labor Board and filing complains, because even if it doesn't do anything for me right now, hopefully it'll help someone else, they've f***ed over in the future.

C4 direct has not only screwed me over but along with approximately 30 other people. Around February 2009 we were told that the company was going thru some issues that we needed to be supportive for and 'stick it out' . In a days notice they cut our paycheck in half for one week, meaning we got half of a check this week and the remainder the next. Is that legal? I'm not sure. At that point we were now behind 3 checks instead of the original 2.

After that happened, that's when it started going down hill. I could never cash my checks at the bank because it was reported that C4 Direct Solutions did not have any funds in the account. If I went to a check cashing place, I would succesfully cash it, (if they didn't klnow about the company) yet the following week I would recieve a call saying I owed money for the bounced check I provided.

Ron, the owner of C4 reported that we would get over this by May. It was now June. Two saturdays passed (we got paid every week) and we did not recieve a check. Their excuse? 'The checks will be here tomorrow' About two days later Ron called some people into the confrence room stating that we would recieve a pay roll cut. And if we refused the pay roll cut they would lay us off. Not happy with my options, I decided to be laid off because I was sick of their nonsense! They said they would send my checks in the mail and I should recieve them shortly. Weeks passed and I did not recieve ANYTHING! Furious, I called HR and she had no idea what was going on. As well as another supervisor Raul Valencia. How do you not know what is going on with my money? keep in mind they now owe me 5 checks because of the three they held back originally and two that I didnt recieve while working there.

I'm only 17 and I know I don't have a lot of bills to pay, but I am not not going to do anything about it. They owe me approximately $2,000 and i could imagine how much they owe the poeple that were getting paid way more than me. They also have taken out insurance on checks for some people yet they really didn't have any. Why are you decucting money when the poeple did not have insurance. Now they dont only have to pay for the hours we've worked, but as well as unpaid medical bills.

As for that, they have now changed their name to Quick Response Out Sourcing. The employees working there are getting paid so why not pay your former employees? A team of us has gathered and we are working on a way to sue this company so we can ALL get our money. Ron is in serious debt. And all I have to say is.. see you in court!!!!!.
