Ca garcinia pro Focus nutra charged my visa without my consent California

bought  supplements or "sample pills" from  this "company" online. Facebook. I purchased the sample units agreed To pay the shipping costs only . I noticed my credit card balance was charged 126.00.  I quickly checked the status of my purchases and discovered Focus Nutra charged me 126.00 .i first call them. The punk told me we do not give refunds    My problem , I called and reported to my credit card company when I was told they are familiar with this "company". visa told me the US laws are differant than Canada , I know I clicked  the correct agreements 

what really gets me  when I received the product  they charged me twice on shipping   2 bottles in one packet 

then I received the warrning   if your a diebetic   do not use  , now You tell me ? 

i tried sending e mails  they came back to me on returns ,  And I see here in Edmonton  there are a few like me and the same time March 2018 purchases 

and this procuct  was indorse by the sharks   And dr oz    , I thought I could trust these people
