I ordered this guide as a last resort. I searched for practice tests and guides to help pass the CTEL but since the test is pretty new there were none around besides this guide. Obviously someone got smart and created an advertisement for guaranteed passing results on the CTEL using basic test prep information under the guise of actual content area information. The guides I downloaded had so many grammatical errors I couldn't read through a good portion of it. I found a very small section on actual content but it read more like a test possible stolen from a CLAD course than a guide of any sort. No reference to the CTEL was made even though the advertisement said it would show actual test questions. The information was just a guide for taking tests in general. The "coach" was 40 consecutive emails giving helpful suggestions I had never thought of before like "stop procrastinating," "form a study group," "change your answers," etc. I am embarrassed that I spent money on this, furious that a "company" would take advantage of teachers and their money since we make very little to begin with. I have sent an email to request a refund simply because I am dissatisfied and felt no more prepared for the test than I did before I shelled out 57 bucks! Please don't by this information. It's ridiculous and emabarrassing. It was no help at all!

If you have asked money within 60 days from ordring date, you will definitely get your money back, but, look at the facts at below:
I have read your post entirely and found something very funny about you. You don't take any advice or like it. Otherwise; "stop procrastinating," "form a study group," such type of motivating word before exam looking very useless to you.
A product which is now leading company in online teaching solution with a guaranteed money-back scheme have the confident about the quality of its own.And, you are saying you have found grammatical errors in their ebook, there are 70,000+ consumer till now and its increasing rapidly. If there could be something like that, it can be possible.So, the fact is,it can't be happened with you.
YOU ARE LYING BY WATCHING IT'S SUCCESS.
Last one thing, this guide helped you by directing the path to your goal, when there were no one else to help you about the exam, you got help from it, it was you savior. Now you are telling that in your e-mail there were motivating words all around or typical guide words, this is INHUMANITY. Remember, this is the no.1 company for online teaching solution, they will not sale such e-book for descending their reputation.If you are facing problems, customer service is always there for you.
You should post a greetings note for this company. I am sure, that would represent the good virtue of your personality.

Oh really? A successful company that sells guides has "so many grammatical errors" you couldn't read through it? Please, that is a complete lie. I could believe one or two grammatical errors in an ebook but so many it is hard to read? They would completely flop and not sell anything with that kind of content. They are quite the opposite though, I fully understood everything and loved my guide. It is a shame to see people try to discredit a great product with lies.
The accusations against the coach are completely silly. Taking out a couple words out of entire emails absolutely will sound unhelpful because they are out of context! If you weren't helped by the guides either you are just way too intelligent or just too unwilling to work hard and study. Simple as that!
