CAA WORKSHOP College Admissions Assistance Lack of communication from this company since sign up and very disatified with their service Internet

 Hello, I am asking for an immediate cancellation in regards to an account that I signed up for My daughters college. This company is a ghost, not only do We not receive any emails about what they are doing for her as far as scholorships/Colleges. Theres is absolutly no communication with this company with either My daughter or myself for that matter since June 8,2014 and I pay $87.00 a month for this kind of service? I am asking to be retracted from this contract I/ we are so unhappy and I feel that since I am a single Mother of 2 trying to put My daughter through college that This contracted when i signed would have been good for her. I n the long run I am paying a company that does not keep in contact with their clients nor are they even nice to Me on the phone. My last words with them was to ask for a termination and told the rep my concerns and I was told "too bad"! what kind of company is this?
