Cabin Kit Homes Their claims don't match their performance, no offroad delivery, materials that don't match plan Greer Arizona

The company gave me a delivery date and I was instructed to rent the offloading equipment for 2 days. On the day of the scheduled delivery I was ready but didn't hear from the truck driver. I called Cabin Kit before 9:00 AM and found out that the materials hadn't been shipped but were still in Canada. It took until after 1:30 PM for George Wardner to get back to me, "SNAFU" per George Wardner. The next week, I had trouble getting the materials delivered to my building site. I had given them the location of the project and nothing was said until after they had recieved my money. When the truck arrived, the driver informed me he didn't take his truck off pavement. The building site was some 5 miles on a county road. They sell moutain cabins?
My next problem was I had to inventory the lifts and get them off the truck in 90 minutes. Not all the lifts were numbered but there were 20 of them and it looked like everything that was on the shipping documents was there. Too bad that didn't match the construction plans. I was missing several 6x6 posts which the plans called for but their shipping documents only listed two. George Wardner claims that they looked at the plans and the shipping documents and I got what was called for by the plans. Two gable ends, center ridge post support, each over 20 ft calling for 6x6 bearing posts. George cannot read plans.
And then there were the windows. Not shipped with the first truck and I had to pick them up 17 miles away from the job site in town. After looking at the first truck it was apparent to me that the container of windows wouldn't have fit on the truck.
There has been no customer support, when I had a question I either got "I don't know" or a phone number of the engineer who I wasted time talking too or he just never responds to an email. George Wardner didn't know what some of the information on the shipping document meant and he didn't bother finding out.
This company divests itself of any responsiblity starting when you read the notes on the building plans and then on the delivery documents
