I was contracted to install kitchen cabinets by one of their employees. I was asked for a price list for which I supplied. Over a 3-4 week period I installed 3 kitchens for them. 

On the first I was asked to do extras including installing appliances, plumbing and installing under cabinet lighting. All of which I did. this job was finished in a timely fashion and the customer gave me a letter thanking me for the wonderful job.

The second was straight forward, more of a refacing so to speak. New doors, drawer boxes, skins, moldings, hardware etc. 

This customer also gave me a similar letter. 

The third job was a mess from the beginning. The drafting was bad and the cabinets were not all there. the salesman also told the customer their existing floor would not be affected. After many extra hours and a bunch of extra work the job was completed to the customers satisfaction. Again with me doing plumbing electric replacing moldy Sheetrock etc. 

Min the mean time the employee who contracted me based on my price list was terminated.

After invoicing the jobs I was told my prices were too high and was told an offer would be made from their lawyer which I never received. I got a lot of excuses, illness etc. and promises of payment stretching a year. They have since changed locations and refuse to pay me anything on any of my invoices.

All these customers paid for their kitchens. Yet I remain unpaid.
