Cabinets 4 Less ripoff this dishonest company takes your money and never ships a product Randy Richardson Internet

In May I contacted Cabinets 4 Less based on a search for unfinished cabinets on the internet. The company seemed to have a good selection of cabinets and was helpful in answering my questions to place an order. In the order confirmation, the company indicated that my product would be shipped in 10-14 days. At the time my order was place, they charged the entire balance of the order to my credit card.

Now some 3 mo. after placing my order other than some useless hardware, none of my cabinetry has been shipped. I have contacted the company numerous times. Initially, I was requesting either a refund or product to be shipped. The company indicated that they had heavy order volume and my order was simply delayed. If I could just wait 20 more days, they would upgrade my cabinets and ship my order.

I agreed to wait after the company agreed to upgrade my order due to the excessive delay. At this point, I had time and money invested. Starting over with another order would put my project futher behind schedule.

What a mistake. I still have not received any of the product I ordered. Now, the company doesn't even answer the phone or return my calls. I am trying to do everything I can to get a refund and to warn other consumers.

Over 30 complaints have been filed with the Carson City Better Business group. While the company has a Nevada address, I think the address is just a mail forwarding location. This information was provided to me by the local Better Business Bureau who indicates the company is actually located in California although I can not find a valid address.

At least one or two other very similar complaints can be found here on this web site. Based on these complaints, I do not believe this is just a problem with my order. I believe there is a pattern of behavior. Please check out this company before doing any business with them. Based on my experience, I have concerns and I do not recommend doing busines with them.
