Cabinets 4 Less Cabinets 4 Less .... "LESS Quality"..."LESS Corrective Action"... "NO Customer Service"! Garfield New Jersey

 This company sells poor quality product and does not stand by any reputation, theirs nor the cabinet manufacturer to correct issues.

Alex sold us on their premium bamboo kitchen cabinets, which were stated as much better quality than anything we could buy at the big orange box retail store products.  We paid cash when the cabinets and install came in (around 2 weeks from purchase) without any delays.  The cabinet doors had against the grain scratches, dents, dings etc.  We have been struggling for nearly 1 year to get replacement of the cabinet doors, drawers and slow-close rails/hinges with quality product we were lead to believe we'd be receiving at the time of original sale.  All you get from this outfit is a run-around stating "these are natural products that can have imperfections".  Against the grain scratches, dents and dings are NOT a result of naturally occuring phenom's... they are a result of poor quality, poor quality control, poor materials and poor handling!

With no other choice for recourse we have recently been forced to file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs due to this companies lack of follow-through, empty promises and flat-out avoidance in correcting our stemming issue with them.  Even with the complaint filed with the state we still made several honest attempts at providing them an opportunity to correct things prior to consumer affairs pending investigation....  again, they come up empty.

We have made our position very clear with Cabinets 4 Less in addition to consumer affairs.  Anyone considering doing business with this outfit should STEER CLEAR and go with a reputable company that has a long running track record of providing quality or by all means stick with the big orange box retailer.  Do not become another notch in this companies belt!
