Cabinets your way Horrible customer service, never meet any deadline houston Texas

Terrible company to deal with. We ordered cabinets for a 4,000 sqft home. Total price was close to $40,000. We paid our deposit in January as requested by the Company. Cabinets were supposed to be delivered by March 22. I tried to contact the Izik and Mayda a few days before that date and they never replied to emails or answered the phone, the main phone for the Company does not work.

I had a letter from the manufacturers so I called them directly to get an update on my order and they said they had not even started to manufacture our cabinets because they had not received payment from Cabinets your way. I went crazy after I heard this and posted a review on the bbb website. Finally after a few days Izik contacted me and said that others were manufacturing the cabinets but they were still not going to be ready by the promised date.

They offered $3,200 credit and agreed on a delivery for April 22. April 22 came and went and cabinets were not delivered until May 1. As a result they gave us another $900 credit. As part of the agreement they were going to start installing the cabinets immediately. The installers left without even letting us know and they said they were not working Saturday. On Friday evening Izik called and said they would be back on MOnday. Monday no one showed up.

Again, we tried contacting both Izik and Mayda (no answer from them). Around 10:30am Izik called and again gave some  excuse regarding picking up his daughter at school (I really do not care about his personal life, I paid for cabinets that are still not installed). Furthermore, the 5 cabinets installed in the kitchen look beautiful, except that you CAN'T OPEN THE CABINET DOORS!! They hit the one right next to it!!!!!!

Someone from them company suggested changing the opening mechanism to solve this issue but I still do not understand how they sell a product like this!!! Needless to say they now have my payment in full but I do not have working or installed cabinets. If I could do it all over again I would never do business with these people and anyone who does is doing it at his own risk. Chances are eventually I will have cabinets installed but those cabinets have not been worth the wait or the horrible customer service. NEVER USE THEM! AVOID THEM
