I ordered kitchen cabinets from Cabinets4Less, Inc. (Randy Richardson) of bus777@sbcglobal.net on 2-2-6 and paid $1751.45 in full thru Paypal. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks.
I called on 2-22 to get the progress and he said he is no longer a dealer for these cabinets. I asked for my money back and he said he would get it out this week. I next called a week later and he said it was "lost". When I pressed him about what this meant, he blatantly said he spent it and I would have to wait until he could borrow it before I could get it back.
I then filed claim with PAYPAL and Randy sent me a nasty email basically saying I insulted him and good luck with Paypal trying to get my money back.
Apparently he is quite the con artist and has had this scam going for a good number of years, so I would not send him a penny ever if I were you.
So far I haven't heard from him even pretending to do right, and most of his phone numbers have been disconnected.
I have found a way to do something through the FBI about this internet fraud he has going on, so I will keep you posted.

I am sure this is the same guy that ripped us off. We purchased a fireplace - we had to pay up front - $2,496.00. The Fireplace fell apart - He would not respond to us. Someone named Betty would respond and did NOTHING. They no longer respond in anyway. He has MANY company names attached to him and he has tons of phone numbers that are all disconnected. He has been associated with Production Contractors, Inc. PCI. Firesideplace, Firebowls direct and many more. Your story sounds like ours and his responses sound like him. Did you get anywhere with the FBI?
I REALLY want my money back!
