I ordered a targus chill hub powered by an A/C (wall) cord that incorporated 4 powered USB ports and 2 fans to cool my laptop. I received a targus chill mat that is powered by my laptop...no A/C cor , no USB hubs.
I sent the following to cables4pc.com after receiving a lesser product than i ordered:
I do not believe I received what I ordered. The chill hub I ordered was supposed to include an AC adapter. The one I received does not have one. It also does NOT have usb ports. I would like to return it ( you pay shipping) as this is not what I ordered. I do not wish to leave negative feedback. Please make this right.
They wrote this back:
"Very sorry to hear that we sent a upgraded version this time that doesn;t need power adapter you can use only usb power cable instead sorry about the missing usb hub if you don;t mind, we can send 4 port usb hub separately let usknow"
They say " upgraded" but the item description clearly says that the chill hub (which i ordered) builds upon the "chill mat" by adding an A/C cord (so you dont have to power it through the computer) and 4 powered USB hubs. The garbage "chill mat" i received has no A/C cord and no USB ports and runs off my computer.
I reccomend you do NOT buy from "cables4pc.com" or colordrives as i believe colordrives is the mother company because they also e-mailed me trying to say their vendor said this was an upgraded product.

Management called me today and asked what they could do to make this up to me. I requested a 19 in 1 usb card reader and they agreed to send it to me. I will feel satisfied if they do this. Although i still believe i should have received what i ordered.
