We got scammed into purchasing a timeshare at Rosewood Estates during our vacation in August 2015. We have tried on numerous occasions to get the status of our membership package and no one has returned our emails. I sent an email and it was returned stating the user mailbox was full. This did not make sense to me. I tried to contact the so called rep that assisted us during purchase and he too has failed to return any emails. Clearly this drew suspicion.
My family and I are now at a loss. We had such a wonderful vacation there and we came back to the states recommending to everyone to go visit cabo. Well now I will use every legal and media avenue I may have and will file all necessary complaints against them. I may never get a penny back but I will make sure everyone in the USA NEVER TRAVELS TO MEXICO. Truly so disgusted hurt and appalled that this can happen. Please future travelers do not get SCAMMED!
