CAC Financial Corp., Morgan & Associates P.C., Morgan Outsourcing Inc. FDCPA violations AFTER notification! Attempting to collect debt I am not even responsible for! Oklahoma City Oklahoma

This company operates 3 businesses all with the same address. Also uses (800)229-6304 and (405)425-1509 on collections notices from CAC Financial Corp. AND (405)425-1500 on the Morgan Companies.

They are in violation of the FDCPA and are aware of it. They have shown total disregard for my requests to stop calling my business cellular.

The debt they are trying to collect is an unpaid bill from a workmans compensation claim that my former employer willfully did not submit. It is for $220.00!!

The creditor is Emerg Phys of Midwest City, LLC. c/o Anderson, M.D. Joel W.

The employer is Fancy's Club in Oklahoma City, OK. Ms Collie Hutto is the owner and she does not carry the required workmans compensation insurance, nor does she ever accept or process a workmans comp claim for an employee. She does not post Workmans Comp info as required by law. CGJ & J inc. dba Fancy's.

I was a club manager there and strained my groin which was followed by an infection from a blockage caused by the swelling. It was a result of routinely moving kegs of beer without proper safety equipment.

I'm ready to go to battle with all parties here. I have all documentation and am filing lawsuits.
