After winning ( sic ) a free trip i was contacted by a fellow named Simon form Casablanca express and offered a upgrade for $318.00. It was to include $100.00 in free slot play at 1 hotel and $80.00 in free slot play at another hotel as well as discounted meals and transporatation. Well the 1st $100.00 free slots was for a promotional slot only. It only paid out if you won the Jackpot. Well that never happens. The $80.00 was for the Riveria and they did not honor the free slot play on the 2 days we were in Las Vegas, All the aspects of the upgrade were a scam and we should have stuck with the free trip. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund but to no avail
Do Not use this rip-off company under any circumstances. So $180.00 of the $318.00 I spent could not be used except for losing propositions. And the Discounte Meals and Free shuttle services I was told we would receive were also BOGUS.
How do I go about getting my money back. I'm really ticked off !!!!!
