CACH, LLC Unfair Judge...Siding with CACH LLC Denver Colorado

I have a question, my husband has been harrassed by CACH, LLC since they summoned him to appear to a mediation. My husband attended the mediation, but prior to, had sent the lawyers of CACH, LLC a letter asking them who the heck they were, and to prove that anything is owed to them. Nothing had been provided to my husband and on the date of mediation and after a whole hour of waiting, the clerk finally told my husband that CACH LLC or representative never showed or called.

My husband proceed to request that the case be dismissed but days letter, he received a letter from the Judge informing him that CACH LLC rep had called but that he had already left, therefore, she was going to set the case for a Non Jury Trial.

A week after, my husband received another letter from the Judge informing him that she gets called upon to do these types of cases all the time and that she is therefore requesting from CACH LLC to provide an original contract, and atleast on years worth of statements. My husband was bothered because he knows he does not owe this company anything! Well the judge gave CACH LLC 100 days to provide proof before trial.

During the waiting period, they only provided my husband with 3 statements (that even if he did owe money was not the same amount that CACHLLC was suing for) and an affidavit stating that the account from CHASE was sold to CACH LLC. Nothing else.

My husband went to trial yesterday and was bascially talked down to by the judge. She basically scolded my husband and directed all the questions to my husband. The rep appeared telephonically and said nothing. My husband made the judge aware that CACH LlC was know to buy old debts and try to use the courts to enforce settlements that they are not entitled to , but the judge acted like she didnt listen. Now she has given the Plaintiff 60 more days to come up with more statements.

**My question is, isthat fair and permissable? we have sent them letters requesting more than just statements, and it seems that the judge is givign them more time to falsify these docs. Can we file anything and request that she looks further into the case? we need helP
