about 8 years ago i prince w applied thru- credit one bank n.a. for a credit card with a supposely 700.00 limit on the card i used approx. 450.00 off the card i were making regular payments when due and i needed to get more money off the card i couldn't i call credit one bank to ask what was the problem i was told my limit was max out already so i disputed that altogather and sayed to the person i was talkimg with i will only pay for what i had used off the card. now they are claming i owe them 2,411.69 plus court cost due of 53.00
to my understanding they are using the banking co. witch i bank with to garnishee my account thru- wellsfargo banking at this address: wellsfargo bank,na.

also they sent me a copy of the summons that was file with the wellsfargo bank in duluth ga.
i will be more than happy to discuss these commands recorded on this summons of garnishment if someone will call me asap!!!
