Cactus Jacks- and all the A.K.A affiliates bring new meaning to the word Fraud!!

Starting with the dealership and including every person and affiliate down the line, they have all mastered the ability to do business by demonstrating every act listed under A.R.S 44-1522 Unlawful Practices and I'm pretty sure have created a few new ones at this point.

After filing complaint with the Attorney Generals office, instead of responding to any one of the 6 complaints I had, Cactus Jacks responds to the only act they did right, after over a year of continually claiming that I was behind in payments ,even repoing, eventhough I wasn't and proved so, they respond with a letter stating that I have made all my payments as schedueled and that the information is acurate and I am current, however the day after I responded to thier response my car was once again taken!

They just said I was current... and in the middle of a complaint...with the Attorney General! Who does that?? Cactus Jack ...that's who!

Do not EVER do buisness with a company who's picture pops up when you Google FRAUD!

Legal ramifications are under way I am happy to say!
