cactus jacks zizzy, dale, jessy costumer sold me a lemon car and want to charge me to fix it and i havent even had the car for five days phoenix, Arizona

on saturday sept 22 we went down to buy a car izzy the sales man got me into a pt crusier i like those cars but i saw a light on the dash and i told him he said dont worry we will fix it on monday call and bring it in i told him ok so we took it on saturday going to church the car was shaking really bad so we called monday and told izzy he told us talk to jessy so he transfered us to him i talked to him he said their not responsible for the tires

i told him about the shaking on the car he told me to bring it in on tuesday i said ok well going back home from work the car started to over heat i called and told him he told me to bring it in so i did when we got there a guy that works there told us to park it in there and go get jessy so we did jessy came out cussing at us to get the car out of there now i know why cause they dont want nobody to see the sh*tty job they do with the cars so we left it and ask to return our money back cause

we didnt want that sh*tty car well they said no so we left they called me on wed to go pick it up we only had it for one day we got it back and it was still shaking not bad but a little so i took it to discount tire to see why the light was still on they said that the car had bad tires and that there was two censors missing that the car shouldnt have been sold off the lot we tried to tell them they said their not responable for tires we told them izzy said they would fix it he tried to lie but my wife set him striaght he made a weird face on saturday that we got paid took it to sun devil to check it they gave us three pages of wrong things with this car

we took it back and told them about it they came out with they just want to make money off of us and thats a lie i had another car that i took to them and it never had problems thewhole thing about this we talk to dale he said we have to pay for the work on the pt cause its not on the warranty bull s**t they should have check their cars before selling them they dont want to give us our money back or give us a different car this car is a hazazod for me to carry my nephew in it i need a safe car
