 As I & previous drivers who have quit & are planning to do the same this company lies about alot especially Craig he lies the best just ask the other drivers that I know. as for the equipment it is pure junk. no new tires. here I have pictures & records of every Penske I went to even witnesses as for the holes those were already there liar! You forgot to tell them about the refrigerator that was so loose and rattled that I had to shove old pairs of flip flops to hold it in place also I read every bit of paperwork I am given I tried to sign that paperwork as under duress but was told by tannille bates that if I signed it that way I could not work there & had to find my own way back home. I was broke at the time & they knew it what was I to do. these people are no good. don't work here you might become a victim also as for wrong pu numbers that's bull. I work at a company now where everytime I go to the window those numbers are correct! As for hitting the stuff of his desk yes I did that after you lied to get me back to Kearny to fire me & keep my money you need it more I guess! Short miles here pays you well but not the driver only made 400$ a week! I now make 1300$ a week have great equipment not junk & I was NOT! Hauled off in handcuffs the police gave me a ride to KC to catch the bus you may have video & recorded conversation but remember so do I. So don't try to act like your innocent of any wrong I know & still keep in contact with for this very reason! Now. Tell some more lies driver's stay away from this company this is the reason why company's have gotten a bad rap from places like this

Dominc Flores is incorrect in his assumptions of this company.  The driver came in and just signed all his paperwork without reading it. Who signs paperwork without reading it.  That is where most companies get the drivers. And not to mention Tanille went over this information in drivers orientation. Then he went down to the truck which was used by a previous driver who smoked. We cannot control who smokes and doesn't.  As for the tires he is incorrect, the tires that were put on the truck before he got it were brand new.  When he was loaded he showed up early to unload which is great, however, he was upset when I would not give him another load because I had him preplanned on several loads after that. 

He was given fuel stops on multiple occasions where he was required to fuel and missed all of them.  He was in legal trouble and was required to be home often which we were able to get him home when he needed to. He was rude and abnioxous on the phone to myself and Loni. Then came in with his wife days later to apologize just to become rude and abniouxous again later on down the road.  When Loni and I got tired of being treated like garbage we brought him back to the office (at the time to talk with him) but he was rude when speaking with the owner of the company and shoved the owners things off his desk. 

When he was told he was being let go and that he was not allowed back in the truck he began to fight with the owner (all which was caught on video).  The owner attempted to defend himself until law enforcement arrived.  Once they arrived he was arrested and put into handcuffs and drove off in a police car. Dominic has several issues with authority and issues when things do not go his way.  The money he was refering to being taken was just like any other company would do and that was transporations costs out to the company, any monies owed, cleaning of the truck and repairs of the truck (because he drilled holes into the equipment) and that was with out authorization and any advances that were owed were takenout.

Everyone in this industry who has been in it a while knows that you are bound to have incorrect load numbers.  The being in two place at once refers to him being unload late at one place and he was past his appointment at his next pickup.  When he was released from his previous load he knows he was allowed to pick up his load.
