CACV OF COLORADO,LLC Wage Garnishment Denver, Colorado

After my divorce was over in 2002, my ex-husband was court ordered to pay off the MBNA Visa debt. At that time the balance was 8,000.00. I assumed it had been taken care of.                                                   

I later heard he had filed banckruptcy sometime in 2003-2004 elimitating any and all  debt .  Now 9 yrs. later after he filed banckruptcy ,My Employer received a Court order for wage garnishment for 23,56237.   I tried contacting Gamache and Myers,PC 1000 Camera Ave. Suite A Crestwood(ST Louis) MO. who is handling this for CACV OF Colorado, even sending them a copy of the Judgement of Dissoulution of Marriage Court Order, Showing proof that this was not my debt.  After not hearing back from them, I called and was told that they do not honor Divorce Degrees. What they are doing is wrong!!!
