cafe japon - best sushi in tampa all the servers there never received paychecks once. we sees it comes to restaurant but boss never give them to us. and whoever complaints about it will get fired. tampa, Florida

we have five servers in our restaurant and people work here very hard workers.

in the beginning when i started to work there, my manager told me there weill be

no paychecks bacause servers make so much money that all paycheck goes to

pay taxes.  i have been working several diffirent restaurants before but i never heard of word like that but i let it go because i truly though i was goint to make a lots money.

i write every tips i make on the calendar and, compared but i was making less money than from one i used work!

one day i saw paycheck envelope on the front desk. i ask the manager if i can take a look at them and comes out pissed off and saying that wasnt ours.

one of the sever, single mom with two kids. she doesnt even know how the paycheck looks like she says.

only reason people were still working there cause these people need to work and make money for school and kids and all that.

i just dont think this is right. we want our paycheck!

( we supposed to get $4.19 per hour. )
