I ordered some Christmas ornaments for a family member for gifts on December 20th. The order was shipped out and I was given a tracking number. My family member then got upset with me that they had never received their gift as of January 15th.

I decided to contact CafePress to see what was going on with the order. The only way to contact them was by email (the only thing on the Contact Us page of the website), so I sent an email asking about it. I was responed to 2 days later that they would send the order out again, just provide the address again, so I did. I told my family member that they had messed up the order and are sending it out again.

Come January 28th I was informed that they still had not received the gift and they questioned if I had even had it sent! I contacted CafePress through email again, and they asked if I would like them to send it again or just get a refund, at that point I just wanted a refund, so I requested one. Lo and behold, I see a charge on my credit card for $9.95 for "Press Club," that I never signed up for! I emailed again asking to have the order refunded and this "Press Club" membership cancelled and the money refunded for that as well (on February 4th).

I got no response from them, in 5 days so I disputed the $9.95 charge on my credit card, and got that money back from my credit card company. With still no response by February 17th, I decided to call the numbers on the charges listed on my credit card statement. I was able to actually talk to someone and they finally put in for the refund of my money (in 3-5 business days) for the order. I also found out that my email was forwarded to the password reset department?! Are you kidding me? Well I didn't really care anymore, I got my money back and a 40% off coupon that I will probably never use from them, I just wanted to be done with CafePress forever.

I then called the CafePress Club number to cancel the subscription that I never signed up for, and they had a lot of difficulty finding the membership because it was signed up for with my first name as both the first and last name, not to mention with the address that I was sending the gift to! Seriously, how do you screw that up?! Anyway, I was given a cancellation confirmation ID and a name to coincide, so hopefully this will all be cleared up in the next 3-5 business days.

Needless to say, I will never be doing business with them again! Their incompetence is very unnerving and they don't seem to want customers to contact them by phone. If you do end up shopping with them, be warned!
