CAG Truck Capital John Cosgrove, Brian Poole, and Donna P. They Repossessed a Semi Truck from me and continue to report derogatory information on my Credit Reports. They NEVER provided good title for this truck to be used! Chadds Ford Pennsylvania

CAG financed a 2009 Peterbilt 386 with $0 down and even financed the Sales Tax.  Unfortunately, they refised to send the Title and check so that I could take it to the IRP department of the State of Minnesota which would allow me to add the truck to my IRP account and pay the proper amount of Sales Tax.  They instead sent it directly to the State of Minnesota, to the Title Department of the DMV, which would be fine if it were an automobile and not an Interstate Semi Truck.  I did not know until over 4 weeks later, when I received the envelope from the State of MN in the mail, that they had not filled the paperwork out properly causing the State of Minnesota to title this Class 8 Semi Truck as a Trailer, rendering it useless until corrected.  They refused to correct the error and I had to get it corrected myself with the State of Minnesota.  I filed the corrective paperwork as soon as possible and had to wait.  During this time I had told CAG Truck Capital that I needed to find a Working Capital loan because of their error as I am making $0 with this truck since the beginning of June and it is now the beginning of August.  John Cosgrove, the top Manager at CAG Truck Capital personally got involved and said that he got me approved for $15,000 and that the bank, Fairville Partnership, LP needed to inspect the Truck and the Auto Transport Trailer I had put up for additional collateral to get the $0 down financing.  So I gave him the address where each was located and fhe turned around and sent a Repo Company to reposess both pieces of equipment.  Now they have their truck that was never used AND my $40,000 Auto Transport Trailer and called the contract "In Default".  Sounds like "Unjust Enrichment" no matter how you look at it.  I was 2 weeks late on the first payment of a truck that they never provided "Proper Title" to and made it unusable by their own actions.  I pay for my mistakes and don't complain to anyone, but I cannot pay for their mistakes and arrogance. 

This happened in August 2017 and I had Spinal Fusion surgery on August 23, 2017 otherwise the Theft by Swindle charges and the Loss of Use Claim would have already been filed against them.  They will be filed by November 15, 2017.  BEWARE of CAG Truck Capital and DO NOT offer Additional Collateral to them or you are looking for trouble.  I will be providing the Texts between John Cosgrove and myself as well as Donna P. and myself to show what I am saying is accurate.  They will claim that I was not providing Insurance on these items, but my insurance was cancelled the day of the Reposession and I even informed them that I would not be insuring these until they fix the Title on the Truck.  I received the Proper Truck Title on August 24, 2017 and this was because of MY work to correct the problem.
