Our business is for debt settlement for companies who have had litigation brought against them.  All of our representatives call potential clients from public court record.  We do not accept money for any settlement until we reach a settlement with the plaintiff's attorney or the plaintiff directly.  We build a case for discounted settlements by using financial hardship and if the client also has access to the lawsuit that they were served, we do ask for those documents so we can deal with the appropriate person on the opposition's counsel.  Public record does not always divulge every bit of information needed to handle the case for a client.  If this client had an issue, we would help them, if they did not have a financial or legal issue, there is nothing we can do. All of our representatives have a scripted response if the debt isn't recognized, "I am sorry to have bothered you, we must have the wrong company.  Have a nice day."

What we provide are financial services to companies that need a third party to assist in negotiating a settlement when they have existing financial burdens prohibiting them from taking on another financial hardship.  We do not provide legal services and do not assist any client that is in a dispute with the other party.  We obtain our clients by calling from public records provided by the courts.  What is not provided on those public records are the businesses phone numbers.  In some cases, we might match up a wrong number with a similarly named company.  We will not take on a client unless they want our assistance.  The principle of our company has been doing this business for over 20 years and doing so effectively.  We have many repeat clients and referral clients.
