As you see, his home and mine are separate by one home.  Obviously he is jealous of my success and seeking attention from me.  Therefore, he is using your site to vent.  I don't think this is your intention and true purpose to have someone vent by providing false/incorrect information to your site.

One question would be: If he is man enough, he fights with another big man, not a small woman.  If he is successful, then he is too busy to worry about nonsense matter.  I guess that summed up his business, One Source Network Solutions, not a successful one.

P.S.  No lawsuits that I am aware of!  Sad story about Tony's life.

Lu tries to compare companies, and who is successful; look at Lus ignorant comments, I am not a COO that is desperate to rent rooms. I also do not make financial comparisons; I am fortunate to have what I have in today economy.

Fact; if you post on the internet do not use it for fraudulent misrepresentation, it will come back and haunt you, look at the Yahoo COO! Our tech industry is a netted group most of us have built or success on honesty respect and trust; we abide by the American Laws and its ways.

Fact; Globul is a legal shell corporation # 603195740 incorporated 4-12-2012, not 9 years ago, 5 years ago, or 2 years as she just changed her dates 6-12-2012 on her  LinkedIn account; it has been 2 months ago period, this is a degreed U of W graduate that can not count go figure.

It does not have 10-50 employees as noted on numerous sites. This is a shell company that we which her luck on starting up, dont misrepresent it, go out and create it the American way! Shows MIS degree why?

It should also be known for the record all hosting sites (LinkedIn/Craigslist/etc) keep copies of backups for possible future litigation you can change all you want.

Fact; Landlord - tenant rights as noted by Lu have no bearing on the legal issues at hand. This is a heavily restricted and zoned single family resident subdivision. Lu (a former licensed State of Washington Broker # 90526) has been notified by council (including my attorney) on numerous times over the past years that this activity violates the covenants and she is subject to litigation. She knows the law yet continues to manipulate the ads and defies the legal system including her obligation she made when she entered into the legal purchase of the property to abide by the covenants. The economy is tuff on everyone, but we all our bound by our legal obligations.

Also for the record our council did notify  Caitlin Lu Ngocs council;  Noted as follows With reference to your implicit acknowledgement that the Craigslist rental posting contained therein is that of your client, please be advised that your clients past business of rentals in her home was, and any resumption of that practice will be, in violation of the use restrictions in Article V of the Declaration of Covenants which limit residential use with one single family residence, and prohibit businesses of any kind.  The enforcement provisions of the covenants authorize an enforcement action by any owner and provide for recovery of reasonable attorney fees, court costs and/or expenses.  My clients reserve the right to bring such an enforcement action if your client resumes her rental business in this single family neighborhood.

We will continue to pursue our legal options as we have notified Lu including, (i) by a court of law, (ii) recovery of all attorneys fees, (iii) any other legal and equitable relief to which the party may be entitled, including, but not limited to, any and all monetary damages.
