Cakes N Things - Candy Mold Central Owner is a lunatic who verbally abused me for NO REASON Gridley Illinois

I had exactly the same problems that the other people who posted here did. The experience was EXTREMELY TRAUMATIC. I have never, ever, ever, ever in my life been treated like this by any business EVER.

I tried to place an order for about $20--half of which was shipping and handling. The owner of this company called me. I missed the call and returned it. He claimed that my phone number was invalid. I asked how the number could be invalid when I was using the same phone to call him (seriously, this guy doesn't have caller ID?) He said that since my message box was full then this meant that my phone number was invalid!!!! What!!!! Is this guy crazy. He also said that my billing and shipping address on the purchase were different. So what. Yes, they are different. Why does that matter? I like to use a po box for my important mail. Who cares!!!!!

The owner of this business would not even let me get out two words to explain anything. He was rude on a level I cannot possibly explain. He was an extremely flamboyant, rude, foul-mouthed and psychotic drama queen of a homosexual (very obvious--call for yourself and you will see this 309-747-2820.) What an extraordinarily hateful, nasty, horrid, awful human being. He told me to "go f*** yourself." Unbelievable.

I was upset for HOURS after this experience. Unless you want to take a chance of being treated the same way and having your day and night ruined--DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. And what was my crime to merit this treatment--my inbox on my voicemail was full on my phone!! So he canceled my order. Would not listen to two words from me. And told me "To go f*** yourself." This could easily happen to you to. I have found similar complaints from other people on the internet saying that he threw every dirty word in the book at them. One lady said he called her the C-word. Well, I guess I got off lucky since he didn't call me that.

I have called my credit card company and posted an alert about him. Also, I will be monitoring all of my personal account information such as credit card very, very carefully because this guy is off his rocker insane. Who knows what this lunatic would do with the information he has about you when you place an order with him.

This man is one of the top 2 nastiest and most vicious humans that I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. This experience was like being raped. I am not kidding you. I felt like I was assaulted. I WAS assaulted. This man verbally violated me. I was date raped once and I swear to you that this experience gave me a similar feeling of rage and anger and feeling violated and assaulted. That is how awful this man can make you feel.

Boycott this devil in human skin and do not give his company any business.

Also, I have a theory. I think that this guy doesn't make that much money off of small mold orders so the enjoyment of abusing other human beings is worth more to him than the few dollars he makes off of a small mold order. This guy is a sick pig.
