The salesman called to try to sell me saw blades. I did not like being cold-called by a caller ID blocked, unknown company, so I asked if I could call him back or if there was a company web-site... No go on either count. Told him (Troy) that I was in my slow period and would consider his offer around Summer time. He called back a month or two later and I was working with a new bluetooth headset and could not make out every other word and told him to call me back another time mainly because I wasn't sure who it was that was calling. A week later he calls back and I was on a call. When I switched over (again with the new headset) there was a delay so I said Hello Hello Hello and I hear "Joe I know you can hear me a**hole, get the D**k out of your ears." Before I could respond he hung up or we were disconnected by my fumbling with the earpiece.
He called back today and I let him have it over the phone, letting him know in no uncertain terms not to call me back. He started threatening me and I hung up. He has called back twice since then.
He has a very distinctive voice and always come through on the caller ID as unknown. He will not leave voicemail messages.

His is the only unknown call that I get so I know it's him even if I couldn't prove it in court.

I researched and got two addresses one in Chatworth, CA and one in Tempe, AZ I got multiple phone numbers. I called Chatworth and talked to Cynthia who said that they use Sub-Contractors for the telemarketing in AZ. I told her that I now have my phone setup to record incoming calls that I answer and want my name removed from their call list. I also told her that the next call I get from them will be delivered to the FBI, Police, or whoever will take it with some authority.
