Cal-Pacific Products David Hansen Misrepresentation of product and disrespective salesman Chatsworth California

The salesman called an offered a product for free if we bought his blades. We have bought from them before, so I was interested.

He did not fully explain the cost of the items.
When I finally understood the cost, I told him I was not interested. He would not take no for an answer. David, the salesman, wanted my credit card number. I again told him no.

We ended the conversation. He called back. I was outside at the time, and he told my wife he would call back again. This is at 9:00 pm at night. He called back again. I repeatedly told him no and finally hung up the phone. He called again. He cursed at me, I hung up. He called again. Same thing. He was a very dirty-mouthed man using terrible language to me, my wife, and my child when we answered the phone.

A sheriff's deputy happened to be at my home and witnessed the whole situation. He even spoke to David. That did not stop him. He called until about 10:15 pm. One of the last times he called we informed him he was being taped and would be reported if he called back. Well, he called back but would not talk. We have caller id.

I don't do business with companies that have people to represent them in this matter.
