We placed an order for blades with this company on two occasions, 1st experience no problem, blades are not quality material, but for the "special price" they would do.

Second experience, "unbelieveable". The blades were delivered, but placed in a bougainvillea bush, not visible. The 'collection bullies' began to call and harass us for payment, after trying to explain we hadn't received the blades, the vulgur aquisations began about lying and that we were deadbeats.

After tracking down the confirmation on delivery the delivery driver said he put it in the bush. Once we found the blades, approximatly a month and a half later, several calls a week from the 'collection bullies', we told them that we sent them back, and that we weren't doing business with them. They began to yell obsenities and curse me.

This was back at the end of 2002 and beginning of 2004. Today I get a call from the salesman, I explain to him what happened andd he tried to smooth things over to no evail. Then he put on "the general manager",(no name given), He then proceeded to curse me, call me a low-life, scream at me to pay my bill (which there is known),when I asked for his name he told me it was "Jesus!"

After hanging up on him, he called back, screaming at me, calling me a tramp, threatening me telling me he's going to pull my FICA score to get my information. Then he said, "wait a minute, turn around....I hung up again and called my husband, who came home immediatly. We now sit by the phone with a recorder in hand. I would recommend doing the same.

I read your statement and we would like you to know that we do not approve of such behavior. we apologize for any person who may have insulted you.
We ship all our products here from Chatsworth Ca. and use hundreds of independent salespeople all over the country.
If we could get the name of your company we might be able to find the salesperson responsible.

The shipping situation seems to be a UPS driver issue which we can quickly cure.

Our collection department does call to collect but if the customer does not have the product as in your case we contact UPS for delivery information.
