i was called repetedly by telemarketers from a company they claimed was called atlas contractor supply from a block number on a daily bases
they claimed there were a new company and to give them a shoot they were willing to sell me a high quality diamond blade that uselly retails for $300 for $100.00 dollars to get there foot in the door with me
they also said to show how pleased i would be with the product i would get net 30 to try out the diamond blade and if i did not like it i could send it back
sound fair so i gave them a shoot i agreed to pay $100.00 in total for the high quality dimond blade and safty glasses with shipping included in price
after the call a secretery called me to conferm the order and i asked her if i was not pleased with the product if i could retrun it she said yes i had 30 days for a return this was on 5/25/09 on 6/15/09 i recive the product it was a very low quality dimond blade that i dont even have any use for id rather give it away then strain my saw with the junk they sent me and two safty glasses for what they claimed was 7 dollars each and are 1 dollar at homedepot i called them cause there was no price on the invoice just net 30 i said i wanted to return the products was hung up on twice and sent to diffrent voice mail four other then i spoke with some lady that was very rude told me that the product was not refundable and i owed $150.00 and that if i sent the product back to them they would return it to me she also tole me if i did not pay them they would sue me and take the money out my checking account and they do that all the time i reported them to consumer affairs in california by filling out a form online and im sending back the products there not getting a dollar from me they can stick there theats were the sun dont shine i encorge everyone who goes throw this to keep writing blogs and report them to the california attorny generals office just type it in online and it will pop up they eventually go out of buisness because there buisness license probly wont get renewed if they get enough reports get filled agents them
