Hired on to West Builders Supply affiliated in some fashion with Cal Pacific products. Worked with "Eric" real name of Rex Schenk who lives at 656 West Cobblestone Dr in Casa Grande AZ 85222. I resigned after a week because they turned me into a telemarketer. They still have not paid my salary. I still have the get in your face training manual and have personally overheard Eric treating customers nasty and also threatining customers. The President/ CEO of the company is Bill Rozakis, one of his property adresses is 1335 East Brentrup in Tempe, AZ 85253

Hardest thing todo when your up to know good is just saying yeah your right im wrong, As for you young V.I.C. instead of getting silly get in line cause you signed a contract bub! So whine all you want and waste your time its a job you have to be there for and if you wanna make that money you gotta dial little man but no you gotta stalk people that were trying to help you be a somebody and to make your life better the sad thing is you could have been making money but you waste your time with this and on top of that you waste my time good thing its a saturday night and i cant dial LOL As for Dennis keep working you still gotta aways and lets just trying telling these young pea's the truth and put all of them on commish that way were not wasting are time AIDA
Attention
First get their attention. Without attention, you can hardly persuade them of anything. You can get attention in many ways--a good way is to surprise them.
When you are talking to them, the first few seconds are essential as they will listen most then and rapidly decide whether you are worth giving further attention. Don't waste these precious moments on niceties, grab the other person's attention immediately.
It is generally better to open with something that pulls them towards you rather than something that scares them (as this may push them away).
Good openers address their problems and begin with such as:
Have you ever...?
Are you noticing...?
Can you see...?
Bad openers give them something to object to, demonstrate your disrespect, or just bore them to tears, and may begin with such as:
I've got just the thing you want...?
I just dropped by so that I might...?
I was only wondered whether you could...?
Interest
Once you have their attention, sustain that attention by getting the other person interested.
You can get interest by:
Listening to them talk about their problems.
Telling them things that affect their problems.
Demonstrating things, rather than just telling.
Getting them actively involved.
Watch out for the boredom factor. You may be able to get someone interested, but you cannot expect to keep their attention for ever. If you want to come back some day, you should leave them wanting more, at least of your company.
Desire
Once they are interested in you and what you have to say, then next step is to create a desire in them for what you want them to do.
They can recognize that they have a need, but this is not desire. Desire is a motivation to act and leads towards the next stage.
Desire is like a fire, and can be stoked by many methods, such as:
Showing them how the item to be desired will not be available for long (Scarcity principle).
Showing how other people approve of the item and have acquired it for themselves.
Showing them how what you have to offer will solve some of their problems.
Action
This is the magic stage when they take action on their desires and actually buy the product or agree to your proposals.
The scariest point is where you ask for the sale or ask them whether they actually do agree fully with you.
Listen to the signals they are sending. Are they asking you about when you can deliver or what after-sales support you give?
Summarize the problem you are solving for them and how what you are proposing solves that problem.
Use the appropriate closing technique, such as alternatives ('Do you want the red or the blue?) or presupposition ('What time shall we meet next week?').
And...
A variant on AIDA add a 'C' for Conviction. The ideas is that before you get to a final purchase action, a cognitive state of understanding the value is needed that matches the emotional state of desire. This sometimes appears before Desire (AICDA) and sometimes after (AIDCA), perhaps showing two different approaches: one which starts with getting a logical agreement and then moving to emotional desire, as opposed to creating desire first and then reaching the state when the purchase also makes logical sense.
The letter 'S' for satisfaction also gets added, indicating the fact that happy customers will buy more (whilst unhappy customers will tell their friends!).
This is often true, but is not necessary in all cases, depending on the sales methods (which can be highly emotion-based) the person (who may prefer emotional assessment, and the context (for example selling clothes can be very emotionally based).

these bogus reports are just fabricated by competitors and people that couldnt work a 40 hour work week. The names are fictitious and so are their complaints. This is another reason jobs are going overseas as American employers are so tired of the weak work force we have here. Good luck as I drive my Escalade full of $4 gas and you walk to the bus another disgruntled drama queen.

Hey All!!
Please help in reporting this company to the FTC use the link and follow up with a letter to the attorney generals office!
Attached is the email from the Attorney Generals Office.
"There are basically two ways into our office. One is through the consumer fraud act and I will post the link to that below. The other way
is through the criminal division. The Federal Trade Commission also takes complaints seriously and we just did a joint shutdown of a telemarketing firm. What is described in here doesn't 100% mean they will be shutdown, but it is always good to report it.
Report a violation of the consumer fraud act:
http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintform.html
To report it to our Criminal Divisions: only written letters are accepted. Send to:
Attn: Fraud and Public Corruption Section
Office of the Arizona Attorney General

Lets cooperate and close this place down and put these slime balls in jail jointly where they belong. Since they are de!aling between state lines we can get them on Federal Charges.
Eric or whatever you are calling yourself now!!! Better turn your radio down and clean your act up real quick before the FEDS put you in a cage with Bubba where you can play husband and wife.

hey "dennis" i have been getting several calls from your company lately usually i just say not interested and i hang up-respectable companies get the hint and dont call again, but your company just keeps calling.friday you called me and i asked you to take my company off your list and you proceeded to swear at me and make a comment about George Bush giving you the right to call, yada yada yada. so if you are going to continue to harass businesses maybe you should use new lines. BTW to all innocent businesses and consumers, simply hang up dont even give them the time of day or a response they will get tired and stop calling-if they dont and you have more than one phone line-just leave the phone on and set it down-it's their dime!!!lol

Disgruntled ex workers that lost their jobs
AUTHOR: Dennis - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, March 31, 2008
This guy is an ex worker that worked for a week and couldnt show up. After that his job was given to someone else and he is sore because there are no jobs for people that fail to show. Also many competitors that cant compete slander good companys and show their true colors. I have had a great 3 years working here and show up to work with a smile on my face. Its kind of funny how this site seems to have no verification system what so ever. Heck I even saw complaints on our president George Bush. Get a job and a life, see you in the streets player, me in my new Lexus, you at the bus stop. Haha

Response for Val in Sparks

Val,
Sorry that you have the same company name as this creepy company. This company is known for harassing customers and the get in your face sales tactics. I even still have a copy of their training manual that indicates the tactics that you mention if anyone wants to prosecute please advise. They do not use their real names and they would not provide their last name so I had to follow Rex Shenk(AKA Eric) to his house to find it out.
When I worked for them they just sold poor quality construction items and it would not surprise me if they expanded to other areas. In other threads on this website are more of their tactics. I found out more about their company by searching the Arizona Business Commission. The last number that I have for them is 480-839-6249.
Good Luck to you.

Who are these people?
AUTHOR: Val - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, February 14, 2008
I am trying to find out if this company is a "distributor" of some sort of medical/first aid kit supplies. I work for a wonderful company that unfortunately has the same name as this company. I have received numerous calls in the last 4 months from women in the midwest and east coast that have received calls from "Atlas Contractors" looking for the owner, and when they tell said caller that the owner is not available, the caller gets very vulgar and vicious. Yesterday a woman received yet another call from this man, by the name of "John" and was able to get one of her male employees to the phone and act like the owner. They were able to get out of "John" that he was calling from Arizona and that it was medical/first aid supplies that he was selling. This lady called me this morning to inform me what she had found.
I want to tell you whoever is doing this has to be stopped, as this whole "business" of this company's telemarketing tactics is surreal! What happens after this person calls, is whoever had to answer the phone ultimately googles "Atlas Contractors" and our company comes up first on the list, so they call. Every single person is upset and basically feels totally violated by what this caller from "Atlas Contractors" has said to them. If anyone could shed some light on this company, what they sell, and their "marketing tactics" please post any information available.

Is that you Eric? Sure sounds like you, I hope that you haven't changed your name again, turn down the music in your office so that you can follow this. Anyhow, I followed Eric (Rex Schenk) home in his Red '02 Mustang License # 527 TST. It is amazing what you can find out on the tax info website. People are looking for you and I hope that this info helps them.
Prospective employee's beware - they don't pay your wages. Do not work for this company. And never purchase anything from this place.
William Rozakis has other company names registered to him under the Arizona Corporate Commission. The two that I could find are Atlas Supply Inc, and West Builders Supply. I noticed on the telemarketer sheet that they use Atlas Contractors as their alias.
For people that got scammed here's some info!
File a Small claims Lawsuit in the Maricopa County Justice Courts in the University Lakes Justice Court in Tempe - You can get the form on Line.
Willian Rozakis is the President/ CEO of West Builders Supply, LTD and he is also the Statutory Agent / Corporate Officer.
You can sue them for triple wages according to Arizona Labor Law 23-151, 23-352, 23-353, and 23-355. Just look them up on the web.
I will be filing soon and am hoping that we can get others to file so that we can get the State Prosecuting Attorney involved. Keep me posted by linking to this Rip off Update.

First off no manager works at West Builders Supply named Eric or Rex or any such name. Secondly nobody here lives at that Casa Grande or the Tempe address. Also the main phone number is wrong, try again. Sounds like some jealous competition slinging doo doo at the wall. Get your facts straight before you throw garbage up on the no verification, no truth bad business report.
Matter of fact a class action lawsuit against the scam business report is in the works and Vic in Tucson is probably one of their workers in a hole in the ground like Saddam. Get your facts straight otherwise libel and slander will be your undoing. God
