We DO have caller ID, and your "company" with it's stellar marketing scheme, shows up as UNKNOWN.

Blocking for any reason?

And the Do Not Call list? It DOES apply to businesses, specifically those that call you when you have NO prior contacts with them.

Furthermore, who would actually buy anything from a silly, rude sack over the telephone no less, rather than supporting a business that is ethical?

Really, the comments about communism and China and living in a box, are, while totally irrelevant, really entertaining.

Everything is legal and if you dont like it close your doors, but your incessant whining is old. You sound like a Socialist. Seeing your ad in the yellow pages is harrassment too, so Ill sue you so get some cheese with that whine.

dennis- you are correct we cannot take our names off the list being businesses but that does NOT give your company the right to repeatedly call us-that is harrassment! My company has caller id-it shows up every times as Atlas Supply phone number 480-345-7827! so it is you every time

Sometimes I think you people were born in a box. Your name and company being a business is not subject to any do not call rules at all. Matter of fact there are over 520 sales companies alone selling construction supplies all over the globe. You are sold for 2 cents which is a pretty high price by any means. If you dont like being called then close up your company and shut down. You are not being called by the same company, your being called by 520 companies that all order your company listing. Also they have an invention called the caller i.d. so maybe you should anti up 2$ and get one. That may help your situation out. But do something and stop complaining cause nothing will change in a capitalist system.

I had the displeasure of working for this company in February of 2008. Shortest job of my life. My experience was similiar to that of another ex-employee who posted a rebuttal to another report. I have a blue collar background so I showed up at West Builders Supply off Kyrene Rd in Tempe for a job. I wanted a warehouse job but was told they really needed sales reps. I was hard up for a job so I say OK. I was told to come back the next day to start so I did. I was lead to a room with old desks, old phones and a stereo blasting hip hop music right in my ear. In a "call center"!

I too signed the paperwork saying my last 2 paychecks could be held for up to 180 days. My trainer (same guy who hired me) sat across from me. I was there all of 2 and a half hours. My trainer verbally abused 3 people over the phone in that span of time. I wasn't going to talk to people like that to make a living, so after 2.5 hours, I walked off the job.
Stay away from this place.
