I recieved a nasty voicemail on my phone and to make it up the sales rep I talked to from cal Pacific products sayed he could discount a couple of blades so I agreed to this. I asked him if he could get everything reset so theyed stop calling until the slow season was over. He responded it was already done. I asked him for a total of what was owed, old and new. The total he gave me was $132 and some od change. I flat out asked him so it would be something like what? $296 which is the number I was expecting. He told me no, the $132 was the new total for everything! Next day I got a call from the owner of cal pacific, was thinking everything was going well. I gave him a general run down of what had happened, told him hay everythings cool., that his sales guy had smoothed everything out.

Everythings good to go at this point right? They insisted on sending out 2 more saw blades because of there over stock, we agreed on that I had until march to pay for them, also that the old balance was no more. They have two phone numbers listed for my business, ones just a secondary contact number, not a business number. They keep calling the secondary number even though I have repearidly told them to remove it from there system. They repeadily tell me its done its off the system. Yet they still continue to call it? What gives! A few hours later I recieved a phone call from there callection department asking me when I am going to pay the $164, so I tell them I talked to one of your reps and him and I agreed upon sometime in march, probly before march. Response "Do you want me to come pick the blades up?" my responce to that was sure you bet, if your in wisconsin, come on by i'll be here. Response to that was I'll have ups come out and pick them up. I called back the oppsite number they called me from and asked to speek to a sales rep, how convienent, there sales reps arent from California where there from but rather they are from Arizona.

According to Cal pacific they dont have direct contact with there sales people, and that there sales people know better to do what I had described to them. Well I swear on my life, They did exactly what I claim! there's no way possible that they cant get ahold of the sales reps, if they can fax them, they can call them also! and if they can call them they do communicate! Another words this company is seriously nothing but a scam! Although I havent used the blades, they look like they were used and then resharpened, then painted with a Cal-Pacific decal, They say gator back, but wow! ever here of Gator Back Belts for automotive? Thats exactly what it looks like.

I half think they stold the logo from an unrealated trusted product to paint on their sub standard say blades that are double the price of real blades. So what do these people do go dumpster digging behind a real contractors shop, pull the blades out, spent $10 to have them sharpened, another $5 on black paint for the decal, then what 50 cents on a laminated white box? This company is nothing more than a collective scam and I seriously hope either they gett on the honest legit business road, or there convicted, shut down, and then fined! I would be more than happy to testify under oath on this matter. I have nothing to gain or lose, and would be happy to do this 100% off of free will.

Are you sure the product was deliverd by UPS? According to your ex-employee Nancy Sheets it was common practice by Cal-Pacific Products to make claims to UPS that products were damaged in transit. According to her there was quite a bit of shady business practices used when she was there.

I called this person and discussed the issue. Bottom line is that he ordered product from our company, received it via UPS and is refusing to pay after 4 months..I believe the heading for this site is correct "Rip Off" as we were. This is simple, pay the bill or return the product.
