This company billed my company for product we had never ordered or received. They sent the product to a previous address of ours and told us we would be liable;however, no one ever signed for the product and when asked if anyone had comfirmed the order ( as they said they do with all orders ), no one could come up with a name. Coincidence? Hardly. We refused to pay and stated our case to them at least twice a week.

This was in December; it is now April and they are still calling, threatening to take us to court all for less than $200.00 worth of ficticious product. "Salesman" is SAL JONES. We think he might have gotten our name off an address list of another company who sells similar products, and who we have done business with in the past. Watch out for this guy; you might end up with a bill for things you have never even needed or wanted.

Cal-Pacific Products does not bill for product not shipped.
Verification of the address/product and pricing is completed through our verification department.We will not ship the product if cancelled in verification.
90% of our customers have 30 day billing so the gamble is on us.
Proof of delivery is through UPS tracking. If a customer did not receive an order this would be shown with the UPS dellivery system and responsibility would be on Cal-Pacific.
