Calastrology Dassi Inc. Fraudsters - did not refund me my money Canoga Park California

These scum have a one year money back guarantee that says:

"If you are not completely satisfied with any item or service you buy from us, we will refund your money for up to one full year after purchase. Everything we sell is guaranteed. Period. There is no fine print. You can return anything, up to one full year, for any reason."

So, WITHIN the year I had went to their ONLINE contact form to request a refund because the spells they cast were no good. To that request they did not respond to that request, so I sent another one requesting a refund. Again, they did not respond to this as well.

So I was forced to go through my credit card company and filed a dispute for those charges. Unfortunately, when you use the inline form...the person who is contacting them gets no proof of sending such information.

Prior to this, I would use the SAME inline form to communicate with calastrology.com and I would get a response. But I believe because I was requesting a refund, they did not respond, because I believe they wanted to keep my money and NOT honor their own guarantee.

As a result, I did not get a refund and lost my money.

Word of ADVICE! If you ever use this company services and want a refund...SEND THEM A CERTIFIED LETTER IN WRITING that you are requesting a refund. This will be your proof.

Do not use the online form to contact them because their is no way you can prove it if you have a dispute.

So send them a physical certified letter and this will cover you so when they refuse to refund your money...you can show them your proof and win against the,

As for me, I will never use their services ever again.
