I lived in this mobile home for two months before I found out that back in 2007, there was one of the biggest meth lab busts in Panama City. I spoke with Cale Weeks about the issue and he said that all he had to do was paint the place and clean the carpets and it could be occupied again. I told him I had already spoke with the investigator about what happened and what I could do and that he said if you could not furnish a certificate from where it was properly cleaned, then I should move out immediatly. I then told Cale that I wished to move out since he could not furnish the certificate and that I wanted my deposit back and all rent paid to him. He agreed to this. When I was done moving out and I even cleaned the place for him, I could not get a hold of him to discuss getting the money from him or to even find out where I should give him the keys back. I am now trying my best to figure out what I should do next. I have a little case since no physical harm was done to myself or my children from what I was told by an attorney.
