CALFINDER misled, pressured and failed to support, almost $800 for nothing Internet, California

This complaint was filed by an unknown and unidentified user who is making a strong claim against our business. They have not identified themselves and thus we are not in a position to defend ourselves or provide an accurate description of what actually took place with their account.

We consider this an unsubstantiated claim because the user has not identified themselves nor do they provide any factual evidence that we have in anyway mislead them.

We are known as industry leaders in our industry. Each and every homeowner that we refer to our member contractors has been through a 3 step process including a personal interview by our staff. Once we have spoken to the homeowner and verified their interest we match them to our members contractors and it is their responsibility to follow up diligently until contact is made. We make no promise, written or spoken with regards to the amount of work that a contractor will obtain through the use of our service. We do how ever offer an industry leading return policy in the case of a lead not being a homeowner or not having valid contact information.

We demand that this review be removed as it is unsubstantiated and unidentifiable as to the person who initiated it.
