Our small business hired Calfinder.com to bring pre-qualified customer to us. After charging us $845.00 for three months worth of referrals we never got any good lead. They sent only three leads in 90 days, all of them outside our territory and with disconnected numbers.
When we complained the first time they returned part of the money and asked for a second chance. They kept charging our credit card but then never delivered the leads.

Finally we close our account with them but they refused to return the funds. I filed a dispute with our credit card and Calfinder told them that they have already credit us, but that credit was the one I requested before giving them the second opportunity to do right. At this point they still owe us $410.00 that we paid for referrals that we never received.

Calfinder trained their sales people to be persistant: Gabriel Luna called me several times a day for several days until they found a way to sign us up by promising outstanding service that never happened. Other representative, Colin Gruen, promised me they will fix the issues and will make our investment worth, but was all lies.

As a small business owner "giving" $410.00 in exchange for nothing is absolutely wrong, I can use that money to invest in other marketing efforts that bring real results.

We will never do business with Calfinder.com again and want to make aware to the public the typw of deceptive service they can expect from them.
