They could not locate the documents. Faxed them several times to be told they did not receive them. 3 years of back and forth. Our Mortgage kept creeping up at an affordable payment. They modified our payment the third Trial payment my husband lost his job. I called to advise them and to see how they could help us keep our home. I was told there was nothing they could do to help us. Needless to say we were served foreclosure papers the day after Christmas. We have 2 children and my mother lives with us. We were devastated. I pleaded for help. Give us our home for the Short sale amount, no they cant do that, They will give our home to a stranger for the affordable price. Needless to say we called and let them know we were gone in October. I couldn't sleep not knowing when they would kick us out of OUR home, where we raised our children and made memories, our hard work to keep our home landscaped and clean. We were proud of our home. We called to tell them to come secure our home, no heat below zero temperatures in the winter of 2017.
